Welcome to Lucky Home. By accessing or using our website and application at luckyhome.app (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). The Service is operated by Sage AI LLC ("we," "us," or "our").

1. Nature of the Service

Lucky Home provides feng shui analysis and recommendations based on the Xuan Kong Flying Star (玄空飞星) methodology. The Service generates personalized reports using mathematical calculations derived from traditional feng shui principles.

2. No Guarantees of Accuracy or Effectiveness

We make no representations or warranties regarding:

• The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any feng shui analysis, score, diagnosis, or recommendation.
• The effectiveness of any suggested cures, remedies, room arrangements, or lifestyle changes.
• Any health, financial, relationship, or other life outcomes resulting from following our recommendations.
• The correctness of the underlying feng shui methodology itself.

Feng shui is a traditional practice with cultural and historical significance. It is not a scientifically validated method for predicting or influencing life outcomes. Results may vary. Your experience may differ from any examples or case studies presented.

3. Not Professional Advice

The Service does not provide and should not be considered a substitute for:

• Medical advice: If you have health concerns, consult a qualified healthcare provider.
• Financial advice: If you have financial concerns, consult a qualified financial advisor.
• Mental health advice: If you are experiencing emotional distress, contact a mental health professional.
• Professional feng shui consultation: For major renovations or property decisions, consider consulting a certified feng shui practitioner in person.

4. Use at Your Own Risk

You use the Service and act on any recommendations entirely at your own risk. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Any changes you make to your home, furniture arrangement, or daily routines based on our recommendations are your own decision.
• We are not responsible for any consequences, positive or negative, that may result from following our suggestions.
• Moving furniture, placing objects, or making other physical changes to your home carries inherent risks (e.g., physical injury, property damage) that are your responsibility.

5. User Accounts and Data

The Service does not require account creation. All feng shui calculations run locally on your device. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you input (build year, compass direction, birth years, etc.). Inaccurate inputs will produce inaccurate results.

6. Payments and Refunds

Paid features are available as one-time purchases or subscriptions. Payments are processed by Stripe.

• One-time purchases: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 30 days for a full refund.
• Subscriptions: Billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months.
• Chargebacks: Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We're happy to resolve issues directly.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, algorithms, content, and reports, is the intellectual property of Sage AI LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our Service without written permission. Reports generated for you are licensed for your personal use only.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sage AI LLC and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sage AI LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Wake County, North Carolina.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
